3. Service Description

Raksa Dhamma provides three principal services relating to pension legal matters in Thailand:

  • Initial Pension Consultation (฿2,650) — a structured first meeting to review the client's circumstances and explain potential approaches, delivered with a written summary.
  • Documentation & Correspondence (฿4,900) — preparation, review, and submission of relevant letters, forms, and records on the client's behalf.
  • Full Representation Support (฿8,500) — formal engagement with pension authorities or hearing panels, with the client's knowledge and involvement at every stage.

Services are available to individuals in Thailand. We reserve the right to decline engagement if we determine a matter falls outside our area of competence or creates a conflict of interest.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at all times.
  • Inform us promptly of any changes in circumstances relevant to their matter.
  • Respond to reasonable requests for documentation or instructions within agreed timeframes.
  • Use our website for lawful purposes only, and not attempt to disrupt, damage, or misuse it in any way.
  • Not share access to any account-based services we provide with third parties without prior agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website — including text, images, layout, and design — is the intellectual property of Raksa Dhamma or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use this Website for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our prior written consent.

6. Payment Terms

All fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿). Payment terms are agreed in writing prior to commencement of each service. The following applies unless otherwise specified:

  • Payment for the Initial Consultation is required prior to the appointment.
  • Documentation & Correspondence and Full Representation services may require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due at agreed milestones.
  • Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of engagement.
  • Fees do not include third-party costs (such as court or government filing fees), which will be discussed openly before they arise.

Refund Policy:

Fees for work already carried out are non-refundable. If a service is cancelled before work has commenced, any advance payment will be refunded in full. Disputes regarding fees should first be raised directly with us in writing.

7. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as strictly confidential. Information disclosed to us in the course of an engagement will not be shared with third parties except where required by law, necessary for the delivery of our services (with your knowledge), or where you have given explicit consent. Our confidentiality obligations survive the termination of any engagement.

While we provide our services with care and diligence, outcomes in legal matters depend on many factors outside our control. We make no representation that any particular result will be achieved.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our liability for any claim arising from the use of our Website or services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific service in question.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of profit, regardless of how they arise. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

10. Termination of Engagement

Either party may bring an engagement to a close by giving reasonable written notice. We may terminate an engagement with immediate effect if a client provides materially false information, or if continuing would place us in breach of professional obligations.

On termination, fees for work completed to date remain payable. Obligations of confidentiality and any accrued rights continue beyond termination.

11. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Phuket, Thailand.

We encourage clients to raise any concerns with us directly in the first instance. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve matters informally and promptly.

  • Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
  • Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of the right to do so in the future.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights or obligations without our prior written consent.
