Wanchai Sombat
Retired civil servant · Bangkok
"I had been trying to sort out a discrepancy in my government pension calculation for nearly a year before I came to Raksa Dhamma. After the initial consultation, I finally understood what the issue actually was. The written summary they sent me afterwards was exactly what I needed to show my family."

"The documentation service was genuinely helpful. I had a pile of correspondence I didn't understand and Krit went through everything with me, explained what it meant, and handled all the replies. It took longer than I hoped — I think these things always do — but I was kept informed throughout."

"I contacted Raksa Dhamma after my provident fund dispute had been going on for over a year without resolution. They were upfront that formal proceedings would take time and might not go the way I hoped. I appreciated that honesty. In the end we reached a resolution, and I felt I understood every step along the way."

Retired nurse · Phuket
"The fact that the office is here in Phuket made such a difference. I could come in rather than doing everything by phone. Siriporn was kind and patient — she explained the intake process clearly and made sure I didn't feel rushed. The consultation itself was calm and I left feeling less worried than when I arrived."

Anuwat Pornpipat
Former government official · Khon Kaen
"I came to the consultation not knowing what to expect. Araya listened to the whole situation before saying anything, which I found reassuring. She didn't jump to conclusions. The summary she sent was detailed and written in language I could follow. I've since decided to proceed with the documentation service."

Maneerat Charoensuk
Retired hospital worker · Nakhon Ratchasima
"I was concerned about the cost before I called. The fee for the consultation was reasonable and there was genuinely no pressure at the end to go further. I asked a lot of questions and every one was answered clearly. I will be returning for the documentation service once I've gathered my paperwork."

Case Study 01 · Documentation Service
Provident fund shortfall after early retirement
The situation
A client who had taken early retirement found that the provident fund payment she received was significantly less than she had expected based on her contribution records. Her former employer disputed her calculations.
Our approach
We reviewed all contribution records and correspondence, identified a calculation discrepancy in the employer's records, and prepared a formal written objection to the relevant fund administrator. The client was kept informed of each step and approved all correspondence before it was sent.
The outcome
After approximately three months, the fund administrator acknowledged the discrepancy and adjusted the payment accordingly. The client received the corrected amount, including the period of delay.
Duration: approximately 3 months
Case Study 02 · Initial Consultation
Survivor pension entitlement following bereavement
The situation
A widow contacted us several months after her husband's death, uncertain whether she was entitled to any portion of his Social Security pension and unsure how to find out.
Our approach
The initial consultation established that she was likely entitled to a survivor benefit and that the relevant application window was still open. We explained the process clearly and outlined the documents needed. She received a written summary after the meeting.
The outcome
The client chose to proceed with the documentation service to prepare and submit her application. The application was accepted and she began receiving the benefit within two months of submission.
Duration: initial consultation + 2 months documentation
Case Study 03 · Full Representation
Disputed government pension recalculation
The situation
A retired government employee believed that changes made to his pension calculation following a policy update had been applied incorrectly. His own attempts to query this with the relevant department had not produced a satisfactory response.
Our approach
We reviewed the calculation in detail, identified an argument for formal reconsideration, and filed a written objection on his behalf. When the department's initial response was unsatisfactory, we escalated to a formal hearing. Throughout, the client was updated after every significant development.
The outcome
The hearing resulted in a partial recalculation in the client's favour. The process took approximately six months. We discussed the likely outcome honestly at each stage, including the limitations of what might be achieved.
Duration: approximately 6 months
