How we work across all services
Every client matter — regardless of which service is engaged — follows the same core process. It begins with listening carefully, continues with written documentation at each stage, and proceeds only at the pace the client is comfortable with.
We ask questions before drawing conclusions. We explain before acting. We confirm understanding before proceeding. This is a slower approach than some clients expect, but it is one that avoids misunderstandings and ensures that decisions are made with full information.

Service 01
Initial Pension Consultation

A relaxed first conversation to understand your circumstances and explain, in plain terms, how your pension matter might be approached. There is no expectation to continue beyond this step — the consultation stands on its own.
Afterwards, you receive a written summary of what was discussed and, where relevant, what options exist. Many clients find this summary useful to read again at home, or to share with a family member before deciding whether to take any further steps.
What is included:
- Up to 60 minutes — in person, by phone, or video call
- Review of any documents you have to hand (not required)
- Plain-language explanation of your situation as we understand it
- Written summary sent within two working days
- No obligation to proceed further

Documentation & Correspondence

Careful preparation and review of the letters, forms, and records involved in a pension matter. This service is particularly useful for individuals who feel they understand their situation but find the paperwork side of things confusing or time-consuming.
Throughout this work, decisions remain firmly with you. We explain each document before preparing it, and we do not submit anything on your behalf without your explicit agreement. Relevant correspondence from authorities is explained to you as it arrives.
What is included:
- Review and organisation of your existing documents
- Identification of missing records and guidance on obtaining them
- Preparation of formal correspondence to authorities
- Plain-language explanation of all incoming responses
- Written record of all steps taken and decisions made

Full Representation Support

Considered representation for pension disputes that require formal engagement with authorities or hearings. This service is for situations that have moved — or are likely to move — beyond correspondence into formal proceedings.
Before proceeding, we discuss the likely approach, realistic timeline, and any additional costs openly. Clients receive steady, respectful guidance at every stage. There is no pressure to act before you feel ready — and if a formal step is not in your interests, we will say so directly.
What is included:
- Case assessment and strategy discussion
- Preparation of formal submissions and supporting documents
- Representation at authority meetings and hearings
- Regular written updates throughout the process
- Full case record provided to client on completion

Data Security

All proposed steps are explained and confirmed with the client before being taken. No action proceeds without your understanding and agreement.
Fixed Fees, Disclosed Upfront
Service fees are stated before engagement begins and do not change during the matter. Third-party costs are identified and agreed before being incurred.
Plain Language Throughout
Legal and administrative terminology is explained in ordinary language at every stage. Clients are never expected to understand jargon that has not been explained.
Bar-Registered Advisers
All advisory work is conducted by or under the supervision of practitioners registered with the Lawyers Council of Thailand.

Clear pricing, nothing hidden
All fees are in Thai Baht (฿) and stated before any work begins. Third-party costs, if applicable, are discussed and agreed separately before being incurred.
